Powerful Protection Prayer
Lord,
“Thank you for waking me up today and thank you for all my blessings. I come to you Heavenly Father in need of protection. Protection from all negative forces, evil spirits, and wickedness in high and low places.
Shield me from those who seek to use me and have bad motives and intentions for me.
Bless me with discernment so I can discern evil and have enough sense to get away from it. Lord, show up for me in ways that I can’t even imagine. Go before me and open doors that no one can close.
Keep me as the apple of your eye and hide me under the shadow of your wings just as Psalm 17 says. Protect me from any and all hurt, harm, and danger. Bless me to overcome all the attacks of the enemy.
Strengthen me so that I can endure troubles. Release your angels over me at all times and I plead the blood of Jesus over me from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet.
Be with me Lord in all that I do.”
In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
Prayers for Protection from Evil
Lord,
“I speak Psalm 121 and Psalm 91 over me; let its words cover my life. Deliver me from evil of any kind, the seen and unseen, known and unknown.
Be with me, guide, lead, and show me the right way to go.
Cover me in the blood of Jesus and keep me safe at all times. When and if any evil comes near me, I ask that you deliver me victoriously from it.
Let any and all attempts of evil plans and motives fail miserably when targeted towards me. Help me dear Lord and place your angels over me at all times.
I ask that you protect my life, home, health, family, finances, and friends.
Grant me immunity from all evil, hurt, harm, and danger. Intervene on my behalf when it comes my way.
Place your divine hedge of protection over me and be with me in all that I do.
Thank you, Lord, I love you. And I ask that you hear my prayers and that they don’t return to me void.”
In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Is Psalm 23 a prayer of protection?
Yes, it is. Psalm 23 specifically points to protection in verse 4, when the author (David) says, “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, for you are with me.”
Here’s the entire Psalm 23 scripture:
The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
What is the Psalm 121 prayer of protection?
Psalm 121 is a prayer of protection because it addresses a time when the author needs help, and the author acknowledges that his help comes from God alone. No matter what happens or how bad things look or get it acknowledges that God is always there watching over you and no harm will overtake you.
Here’s the entire Psalm 121 scripture:
I will lift up my eyes to the hills
From whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, He who keeps Israel
Shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shade at your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day,
Nor the moon by night.
The Lord shall preserve you from all evil;
He shall preserve your soul.
The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in
From this time forth, and even forevermore.
Psalm 91 prayer for protection
Psalm 91:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.
Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
